La Commissione europea ha pubblicato il nuovo Compendio sul valore in dogana; tale documento rappresenta un utile fonte di interpretazione delle diverse disposizioni inerenti l’accertamento doganale (valore, classificazione ed origine della merce).
Il Compendio si suddivide in sei sezioni:
- EU legal texts on customs valuation (section A);
- interpretative notes customs valuation (section B);
- commentaries of the customs code committee and customs expert group (section C);
- conclusions of the customs code committee and the customs expert group (section D);
- judgements of the court of justice of the european union (section E);
- index of texts of the technical committee on customs valuation of the WCO (section F).
